【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsformanuallycontrolledloadmanipulatingdevices(hereinreferredtoasmanipulators),poweredbyanenergyotherthanhumanenergy,toassistanoperatorinthehandlingofloads.Thisdocumentdoesnotcover:—mechanicallyoperatedbalancersthatarebasedonspringsorcounterweights;—manipulatingrobots;Thisdocumentdoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtotheliftingofpersons.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:—operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:freezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,strongmagneticfields);—operationsubjecttospecialrules;—handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/alkalies,radiatingmaterials,speciallybrittleloads);—hazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,decommissioninganddisposal.ThesignificanthazardscoveredbythisdocumentareidentifiedinClause4.Forhazardsthatarenotsignificant,ENISO12100-2applies.ThisdocumentisapplicabletomanipulatorswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandard.
