【摘要】:Thispracticeisespeciallyusefulforevaluatingtheadequacyofquenchingwhenperformedonmaterialintheas-quenchedcondition.Thepracticemayalsobeusedtostudytheeffectofsubsequentthermalprocesses(forexample,paintorbondingcures)orofactualprecipitationtreatmentsontheinherenttypeofcorrosion.Intergranularcorrosionresistanceofheattreatablealuminumalloysisoftendirectlyrelatedtothequenchingconditionsappliedaftersolutionheattreatmentandtothesubsequentagingtreatment.Thispracticeisnotwellsuitedfornon-heattreatableworkhardeningaluminumalloys,suchasthe1XXX,3XXX,and5XXXseries(seeTestMethodG67).Thispracticedoesnotdealwiththeinterpretationofresultingintergranularcorrosion.Thesignificanceoftheextentanddepthofanyintergranularcorrosionresultingfromthistestistobeagreeduponbetweenproduceranduser.1.1Thispracticecoverstheproceduresforimmersiontestsinsodiumchloride+hydrogenperoxidesolution.Itisprimarilyfortestsofwroughtheattreatablealuminumalloys(2XXXand7XXX)butmaybeusedforotheraluminumalloys,includingcastings.Itsetsforththespecimenpreparationproceduresandtheenvironmentalconditionsofthetestandthemeansforcontrollingthem.1.2Thispracticeisintendedforevaluationsduringalloydevelopmentandforevaluatingproductionwhereitmayserveasacontroltestonthequalityofsuccessivelotsofthesamematerial(seeMIL-H-6088andU.S.FederalTestMethodStd.151b).Thereforestricttestconditionsarestipulatedformaximumassurancethatvariationsinresultsareattributabletolot-to-lotdifferencesinthematerialbeingtested.Note18212;Thispracticedoesnotaddresssamplingorinterpretationorsignificanceofresults.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

本规则规定了在电网电压下正常工作的普通用途计算机使用的独立的阴极射线管显示设备(以下简称“CRT显示器”)、液晶显示设备(以下简称“LCD 显示器”)和主要功能为计算机显示器的带有调谐器/接收器的显示设备的能源效率标识的计量要求、计量检测程序、计量检测方法、计量检测结果评定准则和检测报告等内容。
本规则适用于显示器能源效率标识计量监督检测,委托检测可参考本规则进行。生产和销售显示器产品的单位亦可参照本规则进行检测。
本规则不适用于具有显示器功能但主要功能为电视的显示设备。
接受检测的显示器应是生产者自检合格的产品,或者是销售者进口、销售的商品。
