【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesperformancerequirementsformetallicroll-overprotectivestructures(ROPS)forearth-movingmachinery,aswellasaconsistentandreproduciblemeansofevaluatingthecompliancewiththeserequirementsbylaboratorytestingusingstaticloadingonarepresentativespecimen.NOTE1ThestructurecanalsoprovideFOPS(falling-objectprotectivestructure)protection.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoROPSintendedforthefollowingmobilemachineswithseatedoperatorasdefinedinISO6165andwithamassgreaterthanorequalto700kg:--dozer;--loader;--backhoeloader;--dumper;--pipelayer;--tractorsection(primemover)ofacombinationmachine(e.g.tractorscraper,articulatedframedumper);--grader;--landfillcompactor;--miler;--trencher.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletotrainingseatsoradditionalseatsforoperationofanattachment.NOTE2Itisexpectedthatreasonablecrushprotectionforaseat-beltedoperatorwillbeprovidedunderatleasttheconditionsofaninitialforwardvelocityof0km/hto16km/honahardclaysurfaceof30°maximumslopeinthedirectionofroll,and360~ofrollaboutthelongitudinalaxisofthemachinewithoutlossofcontactwiththeslope.NOTE3ThisInternationalStandardcanbeusedtoprovideguidancetothemanufacturersofroll-overprotectivestructuresshoulditbedecidedtoprovidesuchprotectionfortheseorothermachinesforaparticularapplication.
